Landscaped Entrances
Our community has 2 entrances both with branded signage and lush landscaping to welcome our neighbors and guests and maintain high property values. Both entrances include land that acts as a sound and visual buffer between the development and Rocky River or John Russel Roads. The landscaping and grass (including median areas) are all maintained by the HOA.
